Denver Nuggets Now Looking To Philadelphia In Potential Carmelo Anthony Deal
With the proposed Nuggets-Nets deal at a standstill, the Denver front office is now looking toward the Philadelphia 76ers as a potential trading partner. From the Denver Post:
While a potential four-team trade that would send Carmelo Anthony to the New Jersey Nets is on hold, the Nuggets are also exploring moving Melo to Philadelphia for small forward Andre Iguodala, a league source said Sunday.
Iguodala, 26, is a 6-foot-6, 207-pound small forward. He played for Team USA in the World Championships this summer.
Nuggets media day is tomorrow. It’s going to be an interesting day, to say the least.
