Carmelo Anthony: 'I Feel It's Time For A Change'

Carmelo Anthony believes he’s done everything he can in Denver and needs to move on to bigger and better things. According to Yahoo! Sports:

“They want to sit down and talk, but my thing is it’s way beyond this year,” Anthony told Yahoo! Sports. “It ain’t got nothing to do with the new GM, Josh, the players. For me, I feel it’s a time for change. If I do nothing now, I’m never going to do anything. I feel like my time is now to make a decision if I want to leave or if I want to stay.”

If the Nuggets don’t trade him during the season, Carmelo Anthony will walk away from Denver and leave the team with nothing in return. It appears as thought Melo believes there is nothing the Nuggets can do to keep him in Denver.
