Both the Denver Broncos and Atlanta Falcons put up very convincing performances in Week 1 of NFL play -- the Broncos took down the Pittsburgh Steelers, 31-19, while the Falcons put a 40-24 drubbing on the Kansas City Chiefs.

Oddsmakers were apparently more enthralled with Atlanta's win, as the Falcons remain a 3-point favorite as they prepare to face the Broncos on Sunday. This is slightly down from the opening odds, which had the Falcons as a 3.5-point favorite to take the game at the Georgia Dome on Sunday.
