The long wait for the start of football is almost over. The Denver Broncos announced on Monday that training camp will open on July 26, a Thursday. Camp will last through August 17, a Friday. Three preseason games remain on the schedule after camp closes.
There will be a total of 18 practices and all will be open to the public. Fans will once again flock to Dove Valley to get a look at Peyton Manning, Champ Bailey, Von Miller and the new crop of rookies who are ready to battle for another AFC West title. On Saturday, Aug. 4, the Broncos will hold a practice at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
