Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller says that he's trying to "add a healthy 10 pounds" before the beginning of the 2012 season, as Broncos beat writer Andrew Mason reports. Hopes are high for Miller going into next season after he was named to the All-NFL Second Team as a rookie in 2011.
Miller says he ended the season at 236-238 lbs. He's at 244 now. He wants to be at 248-252 during the season. He played at 240 in college.

Last season, Miller proved to be an elite defensive player while recording 51 tackles, 11.5 sacks and three forced fumbles over 15 games, all starts. Even after being the No. 2 overall pick in the 2011 draft, Miller managed to exceed expectations while emerging as the cornerstone of Denver's defense.
Going into the 2012 season, expectations will be higher than ever for Miller and the Broncos. After winning a playoff game with Tim Tebow manning quarterback last year, eyes are on a possible Super Bowl victory with Peyton Manning taking over.
