Former Denver Broncos cornerback Jonathan Wilhite departed via free agency and signed a contract with the Chicago Bears on Thursday. The 5-foot-11, 185-pound Wilhite, is a four-year NFL veteran who started two games for the Broncos in 2012 and played nickel back for most of the year. Wilhite was originally drafted in the fourth round of the 2008 NFL Draft (No. 129 overall) by the New England Patriots and played his first three season with the Patriots before suiting up for the Broncos last year. The 28-year old CB has grabbed four interceptions and recovered one fumble in 54 career NFL games.
