The Denver Broncos are heavily favored to draft a defensive tackle in the first round of next week's 2012 NFL Draft or possibly look for a value defensive tackle in the second round, but either way that would severely diminish the chances of re-signing defensive tackle Marcus Thomas, one would think. Whatever happens, Thomas is unlikely to make his decision until after the draft plays out, reports the Denver Post's Mike Klis.
Barring a sweetened offer in next week, FA DT Marcus Thomas will wait till after draft. Can better evaluate playing-time situation that way.

Thomas is only receiving one-year offers to play under during the 2012 season and he won't know his best situation until after the draft.
If this is the year the Broncos do draft a defensive tackle, Thomas is likely looking to leave the Rocky Mountains.
