Quinn, who was with Denver in each of the past few years, hasn't thrown a pass in the NFL since December 20, 2009 when he put up a 27.7 passer rating and in a 41-34 victory over the Chiefs. There was talk towards the end of last season that Quinn may see some time under center for Denver in passing situations, but those rumors never came to fruition. Regardless of where Quinn signs, he will be battling for a spot as a team's back up quarterback, or depending on how minicamp goes, a roster spot.
