Tim Tebow isn't going to wait until he and the Denver Broncos can work out together later in the spring to improve as a quarterback. Tebow is currently at UCLA working with the team' offensive coordinator, Noel Mazzone, a top quarterbacks coach, according to CBS Sports' Bruce Feldman:
Some star power out at UCLA: This week Tim Tebow is working out there with new Bruin OC Noel Mazzone on his mechanics.

Tebow will need to improve upon his completion rate, 46.5 percent in 2011, if he wants to put off his critics. But that will inevitably move them to another area of concern and so on.
While we're not going to see Tebow drastically change his mechanics most likely, he does need to improve his decision-making and learn to throw the short- to intermediate routes better.
