2012 NFL Mock Draft: Denver Broncos Could Target DE Nick Perry

Stay connected for news and updates

In his latest 2012 NFL mock draft, NFL.com's Steve Wyche projects that the Denver Broncos will draft Southern Cal defensive end Nick Perry.

John Fox values his pass rushers. They need to add multiple defensive tackles but that will come later in the draft.
Several mocks have the Broncos selecting a defensive tackle in the first round, but there have also been mocks that have the Denver Broncos buttressing their secondary or selecting a tight end, so there does not appear to be quite the consensus on the Broncos that there is with other teams in the NFL.

Perry led the Trojans with 8.5 sacks and 13 tackles for loss in the 2011 season. He had four sacks and 7.5 tackles for loss in 2010.
