The starting quarterback for the Denver Broncos, national sensation Tim Tebow, received some impressive support from the Broncos head of football operations on Monday when John Elway declared Tebow the starter heading into the 2012 NFL season.
Mike Klis of the Denver Post caught up with Tim Tebow on Tuesday morning, asking him what he thought about the Hall of Fame quarterback's support:
"Nice," Tebow said... "It's a great honor to be a quarterback for the Denver Broncos. I take that very seriously. I'm very excited about this offseason and I can't wait to get to work and get better."
Tebow finished the regular season with a 7-4 record and a 72.9 passer rating to go with his 660 rushing yards, 6 rushing touchdowns and 5.4 yards per carry rate.
