Chris Kuper Injury: Broncos Guard Breaks Leg, Says John Fox

Denver Broncos guard Chris Kuper, a mainstay on the offensive line since 2007, will not be in the playoffs for the team after breaking his leg in Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs. After the game, head coach John Fox told the media that Kuper broke his leg, reports Lindsay Jones of the Denver Post.

The Broncos put in Russ Hochstein as his replacement, but at one point he limped off the field with a bit of an injury. Chris Clark, an offensive tackle and sometimes eligible tight end, was forced into the guard position for a bit when Hochstein left the game.

The Broncos had made inactive guard Manny Ramirez and tackle Tony Hills before the game, making the gameday depth on the line quite thin.
