Week 14 NFL Picks And Predictions: Denver Broncos Receiving Kiss Of Death Against Chicago Bears?

The Denver Broncos appear to ready to make a clean sweep of things this week among the NFL experts selections, at least based on what CBS Sports' panel of five experts have done. In a straight pick 'em the CBS sports group of five have all selected the Broncos to defeat the Chicago Bears on Sunday. It's actually a solid choice, given the Bears' struggles against the Kansas City Chiefs in a 10-3 loss last Sunday. And, as has been noted for a few weeks, quarterback Jay Cutler is out for the game. Running back Matt Forte will also be out for the game.

It seems almost too good to be true for the Broncos in this game, and the experts are expecting the Broncos to win. Yet, this also seems like it could turn into the kiss of death. Of course, when the selection went up against the spread, only Peter Prisco selected the Bears to stop the Broncos from covering the 3.5 point spread.

A 7-1 record under Tim Tebow certainly looks in sight for the Broncos, but are we discounting the Bears too early?
