San Diego Chargers Inactives: Malcom Floyd, Marcus McNeill, Luis Castillo Out

Stay connected for news and updates

The San Diego Chargers didn't have any surprises when they announced their inactives against the Denver Broncos on Sunday. As expected, wide receiver Malcom Floyd, offensive tackle Marcus McNeill and defensive tackle Luis Castillo were deactivated for the game, having been declared out on Friday.

The other inactives are wide receiver Bryan Walters, safety Marcus Gilchrist and guards Louis Vasquez and Tyronne Green.

The Broncos could take advantage of a decimated Chargers offensive line, potentially giving rookie linebacker Von Miller a field day to sack Philip Rivers. But then Rivers could keep throwing his interceptions, hurting his team either way. The Broncos will need to take advantage of this situation if they want to win Sunday's game. Victory keeps the Broncos within step of the Oakland Raiders, the current division leader.
