Broncos Vs. Dolphins Overtime Alert: Tim Tebow Leads 4th Quarter Comeback

For the first 54 minutes of Sunday's game, the Denver Broncos looked to have hit rock bottom. They were down, 15-0, to the Miami Dolphins and struggling mightily. But then Tim Tebow willed his team to victory, throwing two touchdown passes within the final three minutes of the game. He found Demaryius Thomas for a five-yard touchdown. On the next drive, he hooked up with Daniel Fells a couple of times, including the three-yard touchdown pass.

Here's video of the second touchdown pass:

Tebow drops back and floats a pass to Fells before the pressure gets to him. Fells then glides into the end zone before a couple of defenders attempt to hit him. The Broncos made the two-point conversion and sent the game to overtime.

VIDEO: Tim Tebow Throws TD Pass To Demaryius Thomas

The Denver Broncos narrowly avoided being shutout on Sunday afternoon, scoring a touchdown late in the fourth quarter. Tebow found Demaryius Thomas for a five-yard touchdown catch.

As always, Tebow had to escape the pocked to avoid pressure. Once he did that, Tebow found Demaryius Thomas for a diving five-yard touchdown reception. As we see, the Dolphins' defenders believed he didn't catch it. Before Matt Prater attempted the extra point, Miami called a time out and had the play challenged. The official confirmed the ruling on the field that Thomas had possession of the ball as he came to the ground.

That is just the third touchdown reception by Thomas in his brief, injury-riddle two-year career. The Broncos are down 15-7 after the score.

VIDEO: Tim Tebow Electrifies Miami Crowd For A Play

Tim Tebow isn't having the best of games for the Denver Broncos, but then no one on the field between the Broncos and the Miami Dolphins is doing much good. Tebow is just 3-of-5 for 24 yards passing while rushing five times for 44 yards. He had a 21-yard run toward the end of the second half that excited the crowd:

That's pretty much vintage Tebow. He doesn't find an open receiver so he falls back and looks close to being sacked. But before that happens at the goal line, Tebow escapes, sheds a couple of tackles and then barrels his way through another defender to pick up 21 yards and the first down. The crowd goes wild

Then on the next play, Tebow fumbled the ball. The crowd started to chant, "Tebow sucks!." So, yeah, that's how things have gone on Sunday
