Miami Dolphins receiver Brandon Marshall faces his old team, the Denver Broncos, on Sunday. Will he have an advantage over Champ Bailey, who will cover him for the entire game.
The Denver Broncos will face wide receiver Brandon Marshall for the first time since he was traded to the Miami Dolphins in 2010 on Sunday, Oct. 23. Marshall is coming off a strong game against the New York Jets on Monday night, catching six balls for 109 yards, but he didn't find the end zone at all. Darrelle Revis covered Marshall for the game, but clearly it wasn't a top performance for Revis.
On Sunday, Marshall will go up against Champ Bailey, whom he saw in practice from 2006-2009. Will he have an advantage against the 10-time Pro Bowler? Bailey has already missed time this season due to a hamstring injury, but he does appear to over that.
While on the sidelines, Marshall will get his first look at Tim Tebow, a player acquired by the Broncos through a trade that sent one of the Marshall draft picks to the Baltimore Ravens. The Dolphins are honoring the 2009 Florida Gators championship team at halftime on Sunday, which Tebow quarterbacked.
