Back in March, Jim McElwain put out the call for walk-ons to help provide depth for the Colorado St. Rams offensive and defensive lines. Now he is looking for those guys who want to try out for special teams positions: kicker, punter and ling snapper, according to Kevin Lytle of the Rocky Mountain Collegian:
Now McElwain is looking to add special teams players to help out one of the thinnest parts of his roster. Those interested must attend an informational meeting Friday at 7 a.m. at the Coors Auditorium inside the McGraw Athletic Center.
And even if a walk-on did make it, chances are he would be neither seen nor heard.
