The Colorado State Rams did themselves a lot of good by ending the regular season as winners of four of their last five games, but before the Rams can go dancing in the NCAA Tournament, they must take care of business against TCU tonight in the first round of the Mountain West Tournament. The Rams are now likely to grab an at-large bid to the NCAA's field of 68, but the beautiful thing about the bubble is that it changes daily. A slip-up against the Horned Frogs and Colorado State could see its favorable position take a dive.
Junior guard Wes Eikmeier leads the Rams, entering with a scoring average of 16 points per game. TCU is led by senior guard Hank Thorns. Thorns is averaging 13.4 points per game and 4.6 assists per game this season.
