Former Colorado St. Rams head coach Steve Fairchild didn't take long to find a new gig after being fired in December. He moved on to the NFL and joined up with the Denver Broncos' divisional foe, the San Diego Chargers.
Chargers have promoted O-line coach Hal Hunter to offensive coordinator and added Steve Fairchild to offensive staff.

And this will surely help the Chargers move out of its midseason doldrums in 2012 and play a complete season. Or not. Norv Turner is still there, after all.
