Perhaps the Rams are holding off the inevitable, but after one quarter they are hanging around with the Utes.

Utah started with some good field position on the opening kick as Shaky Smithson returned the kick 26 yards. Then the Utes used a heavy dose of Jordan Wynn to move the ball down the field in the air by going three-of-four for 36 yards. Once the Utes moved inside the ten, running backs Eddie Wide and Matt Asiata finished off the job with a one-yard touchdown run on fourth down by Matt Asiata.
