The Air Force Falcons hold a 42-21 lead over the Colorado State Rams after three quarters of play at Falcon Stadium in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Austin Niklas recovered Tommey Morris' fumble in the endzone to get the Rams back to within two scores, after they trailed by 21 points at halftime. That capped off a massive 12-play, 95-yard drive which elapsed over five minutes off the clock. Air Force answered on the ensuing possession, as Ty MacArthur rushed for his second touchdown of the day.

Falcons running back Cody Getz leads all rushers with 186 yards on 17 carries. Quarterback Connor Dietz has only completed two passes in the game, but both have been for touchdowns. Dietz has also rushed for 52 yards for the Falcons, who have racked up 397 yards on the ground thus far.

Colorado State quarterback M.J. McPeek is looking good in relief of Garrett Grayson, completing 18 of 25 passes for 262 yards and two scores through three quarters. Wide receiver Lou Greenwood is having a big day as well, catching three balls for 118 yards and a touchdown.
