Colorado State vs. San Diego State 2012: Game time, TV schedule, odds and more

Ron Chenoy-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

The Rams, losers of five in a row, are 19-point underdogs heading into Saturday's game against San Diego State.

The Colorado State Rams will hope to put an end to a five-game losing streak when they take on the San Diego State Aztecs in a tough Mountain West Conference matchup on Saturday.

The Rams (1-5, 0-2 MWC) are floundering coming off a 28-7 loss to the Fresno State Bulldogs. They'll have their hands full with the Aztecs, who are 19-point favorites, according to Oddsshark.com. The Colorado State offense has struggled to put points on the board all season, averaging just 16 points per game. They'll likely turn to sophomore quarterback Garrett Grayson to try to exploit an Aztecs pass defense that is ranked 101st in the nation.

San Diego State (3-3, 1-1 MWC) is coming off a 52-14 thrashing of Hawaii in Week 6, and is fueled by a potent running game led by sophomore tailback Adam Muema. He's averaging 99.5 yards per game, 6.2 yards per carry, and has a rushing touchdown in seven consecutive games.

The Aztecs have won six of their last seven meetings with the Rams, and won last year's game in Fort Collins, 18-15. The over/under for Saturday's game is currently set at 56 after opening at 56.5.

Kickoff is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. MT, and the game will be televised on KTVD 20.
