Rockies Vs. Braves: Colorado Falls To Atlanta, 1-0

The Rockies were shut out by the Braves on Wednesday night, 1-0. The Braves' win gives them a 2-1 advantage in this four-game series, but more importantly it keeps them at the top of the National Lead Wild Card race.

Brian McCann grounded into a fielder's choice that, along with a Josh Rutledge error, gave Atlanta the only run it needed to take control of the game. No player from either team had more than one hit and there were just six total hits between both teams.

Colorado obviously isn't in the playoff picture, but a Rockies win on Thursday would still make this an even battle, as the two teams have traded wins this week.
