Rockies Rotation 2012: Jim Tracy Announces Colorado's Post-Break Rotation

Stay connected for news and updates

The Colorado Rockies are sticking with their four-man rotation, and manager Jim Tracy has now announced how it will unfold after the All-Star break.

The announcement comes as little surprise, as those have been Colorado's main starters for weeks now. As the calendar inches its way to August, though, there might be some changes. Juan Nicasio may possibly return from surgery, and the Rockies may decide to take a longer look at prospect Alex White.

Colorado may also be interested in trading either Jeff Francis or Jeremy Guthrie at the deadline to a team looking for a veteran starter, that is if either can rebuild their value in the second half.
