The Colorado Rockies will now pick 10th in the remaining round from 4-40. With the No. 138 selection, the Rockies tabbed Xavier Musketeers reliever Seth Willoughby in the fourth round. He is strictly a reliever, but he certainly could be a good one.

Willoughby has been a two-way player for the Musketeers, but a broken hamate bone ended that. When he came back solely as a pitcher, he turned things on. In 25 appearances, he put up a 1.01 ERA over 35.2 innings pitched. He struck out 44 batters and walked 12 while limiting opposing offenses to 21 hits. He has a fastball that can reach 95 mph and also throws a high-80s, low-90s cutter.

It'll be interesting to see if the Rockies decide to push Willoughby at an accelerated rate, but he certainly won't be a lambasted pick like Casey Weathers was for being a first-round pick in 2007.
