Colorado Rockies infielder Jonathan Herrera is ready to come off the 15-day disabled list, so 23-year old infielder D.J. LeMahieu will be headed back to Triple-A Colorado Springs. Here's the official tweet from the Rockies:

The 27-year old Herrera hasn't played since May 22. He's hitting .239/.282 /.373 in 67 at-bats this season. Herrera has two homers and four RBI on the season. LeMahieu played 19 games for Colorado in the big leagues, posting a .205 average with no homers and two RBI.
