On Tuesday night at 6:40 p.m. MT, the Colorado Rockies open a three-game series against the Philadelphia Phillies at Citizens Bank Park. Cole Hamels will start for the Phillies, while the Rockies turn to lefty Josh Outman. Lefties have struggled against Outman this year, posting a paltry .241/.290/.483 triple-slash batting line -- in contrast to the .343/.425/.514 line from righties -- so it's not surprising to see that Philadelphia set up a lineup without any position players that exclusively bat left-handed. Jimmy Rollins, Shane Victorino and Michael Martinez are switch-hitters, while pitcher Cole Hamels is the only true lefty in the lineup.
