The Colorado Rockies play the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday afternoon in Root Sports' first televised game of the spring. The Rockies are coming off a 4-3 loss on Friday night to the Cincinnati Reds, a game which saw Alex White allow a three-run home run to Drew Stubbs. While White is attempting to take the No. 5 spot in the rotation or a spot in the bullpen, Saturday's starter, Jeremy Guthrie, is close to being named the Opening Day starter.
The Rockies have released the lineup for the game:
#Rockies 3/17 vs. @Dodgers - Young8, Scutaro4, Blackmon9, Tulowitzki6, Helton3, Nelson5, Brown7, Nieves2, Guthrie1.
Aside from Guthrie, Marco Scutaro, Troy Tulowitzki and Todd Helton will be the other guys on the field for the Rockies on April 6 when the season starts against the Houston Astros.
ROOT Sports is televising this game at 2:10 p.m. MT.
