Swansea City of the EPL will head to Colorado to face the Rapids in an international friendly on Tuesday.
It hasn't been a very fun season to be a fan of the Colorado Rapids, with their fifth straight loss coming against Real Salt Lake over the weekend. The playoffs look like a far cry right now for the Rapids but there will at least be some fun for the fans on Tuesday evening as they host an international friendly against EPL side Swansea City.
The Swans became known for playing attractive and fun to watch soccer in their solid first season in the EPL, the same sort that new Rapids manager Oscar Pareja has promised he will eventually have installed with Colorado. That should lead to a well played and fun match, even if the Rapids aren't playing all of their starters.
Both teams will have slightly lacking rosters compared to their first choice starting elevens, though the Swans did bring their top scorer Danny Graham along for their trip to the US -- Swansea will be playing the San Jose Earthquakes after the Rapids on their short tour of America.
The game will be at Dick's Sporting Goods Park at 7:00 p.m. ET.
