The Colorado Rapids take on Sporting Kansas City at home on Saturday.
It's been an uneven start to the MLS season for the Colorado Rapids, but the team will look to improve to 4-1 at home today when they welcome Sporting Kansas City to their home turf at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Colorado has alternated wins and losses of its last five games.
This should be a winnable game for the Rapids. Sporting Kansas City enters 7-3, but has lost three straight because of major injury concerns.

Here's what Chris White from Burgundy Wave had to say about the matchup:
This has all the classic looks of a trap game for the Rapids, Kansas City are coming in desperate for points but still have one of the top talented squads in the league, especially at forward. The Rapids are injured and are notably weak in the center of defense at the moment with Marshall in. Of course, it's been sparkling defense that has been the trademark of Colorado at home this season, so perhaps our worries are unfounded.
Game Date & Time: Saturday, May 19, 7:00 p.m.
Location: Dick's Sporting Goods Park, Commerce City, CO
