The Colorado Rapids will finish off their season against the Houston Dynamo on Saturday.
The mediocre season that the Colorado Rapids have endured through 2012 will finally conclude on Saturday as they play the Houston Dynamo at Dick's Sporting Goods Park.
Head coach Oscar Pareja is expected to start a youth-filled lineup to compensate for a large group of injuries that have struck down the veterans. Chris Klute, Davy Armstrong and Tony Cascio are all likely candidates to get on the field, while homegrown player Shane O'Neill is listed as 'questionable' on the injury report.
Houston will enter the game already in the playoff picture, but looking for three points to help them out with seeding. They are currently a point behind New York and three points behind Chicago, meaning that a win could potentially move them up two spots in the playoffs if tiebreakers go their way.
Colorado will just be looking to finish the season strong in front of the well-weathered Rapids fanbase at DSGP.
