Hirschman completed 12-of-13 passes against the Arizona Wildcats before a concussion ended his game two weeks ago, but he'll be back in action this weekend for the Buffaloes.

The 2012 season has been a revolving door of injured quarterbacks for the Colorado Buffaloes, but they'll be getting one back for Friday's game against Utah, as Nick Hirschman will be the starter in the season finale. However, Jordan Webb's season ended on Saturday against the Washington Huskies as head coach Jon Embree announced he'll have surgery to repair a hand injury.

Although Webb was the starter for the Buffs at the start of the season, he was eventually replaced by Hirschman after nine starts and a 1-8 record. Hirschman made his first start against the Arizona Wildcats, and completed 12-of-13 passes before he was forced out of the game with a concussion.

Connor Wood started for the Buffaloes against Washington, but threw two interceptions in the first half and was replaced by Webb. Looking ahead to next season, the Colorado Buffaloes will have Shane Dillon back from shoulder surgery and another quarterback battle in training camp.
