There really isn't too much to add to what has amounted to a 49-0 obliteration in the first half by the fourth-ranked Oregon Ducks over the Colorado Buffaloes in Eugene, Ore. on Saturday.
The Ducks put up 28 more points in the second quarter following their 28 point explosion in the first to end the half with one of the most dominant performances you're ever going to see.
Quarterback Marcus Mariota has 136 yards and two touchdowns. Running backs Kenjon Barner (nine carries, 103 yards, two touchdowns) and De'Anthony Thomas (five carries, 97 yards, one touchdown) have helped to give the Ducks a whopping 311 to 60 yard differential in the running game. Bryan Bennett and Mariota both added rushing touchdowns as well.
That's five rushing touchdowns, two receiving touchdowns, 447 total yards and 56 points in one half of football.
And yet, the Buffaloes are still leading in time of possession.
