If anyone hoped to catch the Colorado Buffaloes practice this August, tough luck. Practices have been closed to the fans and the media, reports Tom Kensler of the Denver Post. Whereas fans could usually see practices for two weeks, everyone gets a grand total of zero.
Kensler believes this comes as a result of head coach Jon Embree having a young roster that is replacing so many starters. Hope the young ones are ready when they play their first collegiate game at Sports Authority Field at Mile High, home of the Denver Broncos, against the Colorado St. Rams in the 2012 Rocky Mountain Showdown on Sept. 1.
