2012 NFL Draft: CU's Toney Clemons Visits With Pittsburgh Steelers

As the 2012 NFL Draft rapidly approaches, franchises are ramping up their visits with prospects and potential draftees. The Pittsburgh Steelers recently hosted a group of players, and among them was Colorado Buffaloes WR Toney Clemons.

Clemons was raised in a suburb of Pittsburgh, and as a prospect with local ties, he doesn't count against the Steelers' allotted number of pre-draft visits. In 2011, Clemons was the Buffaloes' leading receiver, catching 43 balls for 680 yards and eight touchdowns. Between both Colorado and the Michigan Wolverines (where he spent the first two season of his college career), Clemons amassed 98 catches for 1,268 yards and 11 touchdowns.

2012 NFL Draft: Colorado's Ryan Miller Visits Eagles, According To Report

The Colorado Buffaloes won't have any first-round NFL draft selections like they did last year with offensive lineman Nate Solder and cornerback Jimmy Smith. But the Buffs should have an offensive lineman drafted in 2012: Ryan Miller. Miller reportedly had a visit with the Philadelphia Eagles, according to Aaron Wilson of Scout.com.

NFL Draft Tracker via Sports Illustrated

Miller has plenty of size at 6 feet 7 and 320 pounds, but no one is projecting him to be gone in the first 32 picks. We'll need to wait until Friday or Saturday to see where Miller goes off the board.

There are few players from any of the Colorado schools expected to be drafted this year. Miller is likely the first one off the board, but teammate Tyler Hansen is battling to be a late-round quarterback selection. He is more than likely to be undrafted.

2012 NFL Combine: Ryan Miller Runs 5.20 40-Yard Dash

Colorado Buffaloes offensive lineman Ryan Miller is the only member of the team at the 2012 NFL Combine, but he's putting on a good show during his final day in Indianapolis. He's taking part in his skill drills on Saturday and he's already run the 40-yard dash:

Miller played mostly guard for the Buffaloes, but he's likely to end up as a right tackle in the NFL, following Nate Solder as the latest Colorado tackle to be selected in the draft. Solder, though, won't be going as high as Solder did (17th overall to the New England Patriots).

If his other workouts go as well, Miller should move up on draft boards at this time.
