The Colorado Buffaloes traveled to Tucson in the hopes of keeping atop the Pac-12 rankings by picking up a win over the Arizona Wildcats. The Buffs trailed 34-28 at halftime and Arizona just cruised from there to the victory. The game was relatively close until about 10 minutes left in the second half and even tied at one point, but Arizona put the pedal to the floor and came out with the 71-57 victory.
Andre Roberson led the Buffs in scoring in the loss, picking up 12 points and 11 rebounds with 3 blocks. Carlon Brown also picked up 11 points, while Austin Dufault and Spencer Dinwiddie each added 10 points in the game. With the loss, the Buffs fall to 8-5 in Pac-12 play and 16-9 overall.

The Colorado Buffaloes will need to show a bit more life on the court at the McKale Center in the second half than what they put on display during the final minutes of the first half. The Wildcats lead the Buffs at halftime, 34-28, by going on an 11-5 run.
Nate Tomlinson hit a three-pointer to end the half, cutting Arizona's lead fro nine points to six. But that three, his second of the game, has him tied with Andre Roberson and Spencer Dinwiddie for the team-lead in points. The team is shooting just 40 percent from the field and has only found the free throw line six times, making five.
Arizona is shooting just 40 percent from the field, as well, but they have gotten to the line 15 times, hitting on 11 of them. Solomon Hill leads the Wildcats with 13 points.
