The Colorado Buffaloes look to contain G Jared Cunningham and start a new winning streak as they face the Oregon St. Beavers Thursday night.
The Colorado Buffaloes (14-7, 6-3 Pac-12) square off against the Oregon St. Beavers (14-7, 4-5) on Thursday night, looking start a new winning streak. The Buffs had won three straight games before the UCLA Bruins (12-9, 5-4) cracked down on them Saturday night for a 60-77 loss.
Thursday night will mark the Buffaloes' the first of two games against the Beavers, who enter the on a three-game winning streak themselves. The Beavers also bring with them a potent offensive attack, scoring over 70 point in 12 of their last 13 games.
The Oregon St. offense is largely anchored by junior G Jared Cunningham, who has averaged 18.2 points per game in the 2011-12 college basketball season. Colorado will need a strong effort from their two-way star, sophomore F Andre Roberson, averaging 11.1 points and 11.0 rebounds per game.

Oregon State Vs. Colorado Final Score: Buffaloes Blow Out Beavers, 82-60
The Colorado Buffaloes rebounded from their most recent loss in fashion, crushing the Oregon State Ducks 82-60 on Thursday night. After losing 77-60 to the UCLA Bruins on Jan. 28, the Buffaloes were dominant in avoiding a second consecutive defeat.
A late run in the first half allowed the Buffaloes to take a 46-31 lead into halftime, and the Beavers never got any closer in the second half. Colorado led by as many as 28 points in the game, shooting 52 percent from the field while holding Oregon State to 36 percent shooting.
Colorado had five different players score in double-figures. Andre Roberson led the way with a double-double, putting up 16 points and 15 rebounds. Askia Booker came off the bench to add 15 points, seven rebounds and three assists. Jared Cunningham and Devon Collier led Oregon State in scoring with 12 points apiece.
