USC Vs. Colorado: Curtis McNeal Slated To Start At RB For Trojans

Stay connected for news and updates

The Colorado Buffaloes are likely to have star running back Rodney Stewart playing again after a two week absence, but the USC Trojans won't have theirs back. Marc Tyler is still making his way back to playing shape after a dislocated shoulder happened earlier in October. While he played against Notre Dame and Stanford, Tyler has yet to be cleared to play for this Friday's game.

In Tyler's place, Curtis McNeal will start for the Trojans against the Buffs at Folsom Field, reports Dan Greenspan. And, Greenspan adds, McNeal would be the starter even if Tyler were cleared to play for the game. In his last two games, McNeal has rushed for 118 yards against Notre Dame and for 145 yards in the triple-overtime loss to Stanford.
