Cody Hawkins continues to have a very impressive game, leading the Colorado Buffaloes to 27-7 lead over the Iowa State Cyclones. ISU, looking for a sixth win to make them bowl eligible, has been dominated so far by the Buffs in Boulder.

Hawkins hooked up with Scotty McKnight, the quarterback’s third score of the game. With that touchdown catch, McKnight has 20 career touchdown receptions, tied for first in Colorado history.

On the scoring drive, RB Rodney Stewart went over 100 yards for the fifth time this year. Hawkins has 15-22 for 261 yards and three scores.
The Colorado defense has sacked Iowa State four times and held the Cyclones to just 2 yards on the ground.
