Stand out Missouri defensive end Aldon Smith will miss his second straight game this weekend against the Colorado Buffaloes. The Tigers have been secretive regarding the nature of Smith's injury, calling it nothing more than a "big bruise" on his right leg. 

Smith was a member of the preseason All-Big 12 team who had accumulated 15 tackles and 3 sacks in the Tigers' first three games of the 2010 season.
