The Denver Broncos managed to avoid suffering any injuries during Sunday's 31-23 win over Tampa Bay.
Along with officially clinching the AFC West title, the Denver Broncos also managed to leave their Week 13 game against Tampa Bay with a relatively clean bill of health after not suffering a single major injury.
Winners of seven straight games after kicking off the year with a 2-3 record, the Broncos did not lose a player to any specific ailment in Week 13, and will hope to take a minimized injury report into a Week 14 meeting with Oakland on Thursday. Aside from a possibly serious knee injury suffered by Tampa Bay reserve cornerback LeQuan Lewis, the two teams played a surprisingly clean game at Sports Authority Field on Sunday afternoon.
Each listed as questionable heading into the weekend, Broncos receiver Brandon Stokley and defensive end Robert Ayers were both held out of action against the Bucs. Stokley was ruled out due to nagging wrist and hip issues, while Ayers left the team for the weekend in order to attend his father's funeral on Saturday. Even with a short week ahead, Stokley is a solid bet to hit the field in Week 14 after being afforded an extended rest period.
