NFL schedule 2012: Broncos look to put away Chargers in AFC West

Streeter Lecka

Week 11 provides the Denver Broncos to put a big gap between themselves and the rest of the division when they host the San Diego Chargers.

The Denver Broncos can all but put away the San Diego Chargers in the AFC West race Sunday when they host the division rivals and look for the season sweep.

A win would put Denver (6-3) three games ahead of the Chargers (4-5) with two wins over them. Denver won the first meetin in Week 6 in San Diego, 35-24. The Broncos and MVP candidate are rolling, too, coming off their fourth straight win last week, 36-14 over the Carolina Panthers. The Broncos have scored 31 or more points in all four games in the winning streak.

The Chargers, though, can put themselves right back in contention with an upset win on the road. A win would put them a game behind Denver and keep their Wild Card hopes alive. The Oakland Raiders (3-6) and Kansas City Chiefs (1-8) don't figure to factor into the race for the division title at this point.

The Broncos and Chargers meet at 2:25 p.m. MT Sunday on CBS. Here's the rest of the NFL Week 11 schedule. All times are Mountain.

Monday, Nov. 19
