Denver has something to prove as they take on the sagging Bengals in Cincinnati.
Denver (4-3) has only lost to New England, Atlanta and Houston, who are a combined 18-4. They can vault themselves into the same echelon by beating the Bengals (3-4), who have dropped three in a row.
Peyton Manning and the Broncos offense have put up big numbers lately, dropping 35 points apiece in each of their last two games. Unfortunately, the Denver defense is a bit dinged up, with linebacker Joe Mays out for the rest of the season and cornerback Tracy Porter listed as questionable after missing last week's matchup against the New Orleans Saints. The game could turn into a shootout if the Broncos can't contain Bengals star wideout A.J. Green.
