Denver is one of the teams that has shown some interest in linebacker Larry Lumpkin, according to Alabama A&M offensive coordinator Cedric Pearl. Lumpkin spent two seasons at Alabama A&M before transferring to Carson-Newman.

"They're interested in Larry," Pearl said. "They've seen him on film. They know what he can do. They're trying to get information on his background."
