The Air Force Falcons lead the Navy Midshipmen, 14-10, through three quarters of play at Falcon Stadium at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado. Falcons running back Cody Getz found the endzone with 37 seconds left in the quarter to put Air Force on top.
The Falcons were able to sustain a couple of solid drives in the quarter, but the first one ended on downs when Air Force running back Cody Getz was tackled by Navy's Parrish Gaines and Josh Dowling-Fitzpatrick for a 3-yard loss on fourth down. But, after forcing Navy to go three-and-out on its next possession, the Falcons picked up the pace and put together a 14-play, 83-yard scoring drive.
Getz has racked up 167 yards on 23 carries, while Air Force quarterback Connor Dietz has thrown for 76 yards and touchdown, while also rushing for 38 yards. Navy quarterback Trey Miller has eclipsed the 100-yard mark on the ground, while running back Noah Copeland has rushed for 40 yards and a score.
