Air Force Lands Four, Colorado State Places Two Players On Preseason All-Conference Team

The all-conference teams for the Mountain West awarded by the media were released with two Colorado State players being named to go along with four Air Force players.

Air Force had the special teams player of the year in returner Jonathan Warzeka, two defensive backs in Anthony Wright and Jon Daivs plus offensive lineman and A.J. Wallerstein. The two Colorado State members are linebacker Mychal Sisson and offensive lineman and Paul Madesn.

Air Force Picked Third, Colorado State Fifth By Media

The media released their 2011 projections for the Mountain West and to no ones surprise Boise State was selected to be the 2011 champions by claiming 28 of the 31 media votes. The other three votes went to the TCU with Air Force rounded out the top three by edging out San Diego State with 176 to 160 votes.Then Colorado State came in at a solid fourth by being a good distance ahead and behind the fourth and sixth spots.

2011 Mountain West Media Days: Schedule Of Events, How To Watch

The 2011 Mountain West football media days will be taking place on July 26 - 27 in Las Vegas, and the Mountain West's website will have fans covered with live streaming of player and coaches interviews as well as 15-minute live chats with the two players representing their school. Plus, at 5 p.m. MT the Mtn. will have a live two-hour special from media days.

However, if you do not want to wait for the Mtn. broadcast of media days -- or if you don't have the channel in your area -- you can watch the live stream and chat during the day.
