As we learned last week, the Mountain West Conference is keeping its new logo super secretive until its debut on June 6. The conference has even put out a video for a major June 6 announcement:

"We've never stopped progressing. An on June 6, we'll take it one step further." Creating drama for something that isn't directly mentioned, I wonder if we're all in for a letdown once the new logo is unveiled -- unless they're also going to throw a curveball at us during the new logo announcement. That doesn't seem very likely, though.

So get your popcorn ready for June 6, put either the Mtn. on at 12:45 p.m. MT or head to the conference's website to catch streaming video of this important announcement and get ready for a new MWC logo. It's bound to beat out the Big 10's new logo for its 12-member conference.
