Deutsche Bank Championship 2012 Purse: Rory McIlroy Takes Home $1.4 Million

Rory McIlroy's first-place finish at the 2012 Deutsche Bank Championship at TPC Boston earned him $1.44 million in winnings and moved him to first place in the FedEx Cup Standings with 2,500 points.

Louis Oosthuizen collects $864,000 as consolation for his second-place finish, while Tiger Woods's solid tournament nets him $544,000 for his third-place finish. Phil Mickelson's final-round surge moved him up to $352,000 in winnings.

Saturday, Colorado State alumnus Martin Laird finished his tournament after missing the cut, netting him zero winnings from the purse.
