Kirby Lee-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

Colorado School of Mines will host Western New Mexico in their homecoming game on Saturday.

Not many teams in the FCS have had as much success putting lots of points on the board this year as Colorado School of Mines. The Orediggers have put up tons of offense this season with their worst game coming in a 42-37 loss to New Mexico Highlands, their first and only loss of the season. Saturday, they'll play their third conference game of the season, hosting Western New Mexico at Campbell Field for their Homecoming game.

Sophomore quarterback Matt Brown has led the attacking charge for the Orediggers, putting up 464 passing yards per game and setting school records with his superb passing performances. He'll meet his match against WNM, whose quarterback Mitch Glasmann is second in the RMAC in every category that is led by Brown. Western New Mexico has the second best FCS attack in the nation, behind School of Mines.

The Orediggers took last season's match between the two teams, 27-21 in overtime.

The game will be at Campbell Field at noon MT.
