The Colorado School of Mines Orediggers will look to reach 4-0 overall when they face the New Mexico Highlands Cowboys on Saturday.

Looking to remain unblemished on the young season, the Colorado School of Mines Orediggers will hit the road to face the New Mexico Highlands Cowboys on Saturday afternoon in a battle from Las Vegas, New Mexico.

The Orediggers will enter the weekend after coming out ahead in three consecutive blowout victories, with wins over William Jewel College (57-16), South Dakota Mines (71-7) and Black Hills State (42-19) each to their credit. The Cowboys, despite falling to Southern Utah last week, remain 2-1 on the season and will hope to lean on their dominant ground attack on their home field.

Colorado Mines quarterback Matt Brown was once again impressive through the air in his team's most recent win over Black Hills State, and has already tallied 1,114 yards and 10 touchdowns passing this season. Brown has only managed to thrown one interception thus far in 2012 as well, and figures to be the single biggest key to the game if he can find an early rhythm with his receivers.
